2.3 Government ID Data: Copies of Philippine government-issued identification documents (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID) submitted during KYC verification. This data is processed solely for identity verification and anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.
2.4 Financial Data: Payment method identifiers (GCash number, Maya account, bank account number suffixes), transaction amounts, deposit and withdrawal history. ph755 does not store full bank account numbers or complete card numbers.
2.5 Gaming Activity Data: Bet history, game session records, win/loss data, bonus usage, and wagering activity across all ph755 games including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and sabong. This data is required for regulatory reporting to PAGCOR and for responsible gaming monitoring.

6.1 Service Providers. ph755 shares personal data with carefully selected third-party service providers who process data on our behalf and under our instruction. All service providers are bound by data processing agreements requiring them to maintain confidentiality and process data only for specified purposes.
6.2 Regulatory Authorities. ph755 is required to share personal and gaming activity data with PAGCOR as a condition of our offshore gaming license. ph755 is also required to report covered and suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council under Republic Act 9160 (AMLA) as amended. We cooperate fully with the National Privacy Commission and other Philippine government authorities where lawfully required.
6.3 No Commercial Data Sharing. ph755 does not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially transfer your personal data to any third party for that party's own marketing or commercial purposes. This is an absolute prohibition — not a conditional one.

11.1 The ph755 platform is strictly not intended for persons under 21 years of age, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations. ph755 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21. If ph755 discovers that a person under 21 has provided personal data or created a ph755 account, the account will be immediately suspended and all personal data associated with it will be deleted.
11.2 If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor may have used your ph755 account or created their own ph755 account, please contact ph755 support immediately. ph755 will investigate and take appropriate action within twenty-four (24) hours.
12.1 ph755's primary server infrastructure is located in data centres serving the Southeast Asian region. In operating the ph755 platform, certain data may be processed by service providers whose systems are located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers, fraud detection platforms, and KYC verification services.
12.2 Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, ph755 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission, to ensure that your data receives a level of protection equivalent to that provided under Philippine law.
13.1 ph755 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, regulatory requirements, or the ph755 platform's features.
